Minnesota Fugitive Found In Texas
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A woman on the run since October and wanted in Minnesota has been found in Texas.
Kristy Desper was found in Rockport, Texas.
She failed to appear in Hennepin County District Court, resulting in a warrant for her arrest.
Desper is facing multiple high-level narcotics trafficking and distribution charges. She allegedly sold more than 35 grams of heroin.
Desper was taken into custody without incident.
