St. Paul Police Seek Public's Help Finding Missing Teen With Autism

Update: Tou Kong Her was found safe Sunday morning near the Mall of America.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – St. Paul police are seeking the public's help in finding a missing teenager with autism.

Police said 15-year-old Tou Kong Her has been missing since 8:30 Saturday morning.

He is 5-feet-3-inches tall and 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police said he is familiar with the transit system and has used it to travel to the University of Minnesota campus and the Mall of America.
