Sheriff: Woman, 87, Dies After Vehicle Hit By Gravel Truck

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- An 87-year-old Vadnais Heights woman was killed after her vehicle was struck by a gravel truck Thursday afternoon.

The Dakota County Sheriff's office says the crash happened on County Road 46 at about 1:20 p.m.

Wanda Narum was westbound on CR 46, and was hit by the eastbound truck as she was trying to turn onto the Highway 52 ramp.

The Minnesota State Patrol is assisting with the investigation.
