Mpls. Celebrates Fourth Of July With Red, White & Boom!

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Thousands of people will celebrate America's birthday at Red, White and Boom! in Minneapolis.

The event kicks off Tuesday morning with a half marathon, relay and 5k race.

Then, from 6 to 10 p.m. there will be family friendly activities, live music and food.

Finally, the evening will end with a fireworks display near the Stone Arch Bridge.

Red, White and Boom! takes place at the downtown Minneapolis riverfront.
