MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Some physical signs began appearing around the Twin Cities Sunday, seeming to address the shooting of Justine Damond by Officer Noor.

Some orange signs that were posted Sunday afternoon in St. Paul. near University and Snelling Avenue said, “Warning: Twin Cities Police Easily Startled.”

There has been no word on who is responsible for putting them up.

  1. Thought the city put them up to save money from lawsuits.

  2. No one cares that a black muslim shot and killed a white woman but had it been the other way around, all hell would break loose.
