Signs Regarding Police Reaction Seen Around Twin Cities
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Some physical signs began appearing around the Twin Cities Sunday, seeming to address the shooting of Justine Damond by Officer Noor.
Some orange signs that were posted Sunday afternoon in St. Paul. near University and Snelling Avenue said, "Warning: Twin Cities Police Easily Startled."
There has been no word on who is responsible for putting them up.
