More Opting To Get Engaged Without Fancy Rings, Survey Says
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Do you dream of a fancy engagement and a sparkling ring to go along with it? A new poll in Britain shows that may not match what's actually happening in real life.
The survey shows nearly a quarter of men propose without buying a ring first.
However, nearly half of British women say they were disappointed by the proposal efforts put forth by their husbands-to-be.
Also, one in 20 dumped their partner after they received a "disastrous" proposal.
