MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Minneapolis police are asking for the public’s help to find a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a motorcyclist in August.

The crash happened at about 9:07 p.m. on Aug. 7 at the intersection of Lake Street East and 19th Avenue South.

Police say surveillance cameras show several people witnessing the crash, including those who filmed the aftermath on their cellphones.

Witnesses are urged to call Officer Bryon Cross at 612-673-3443.
