Man Found Dead In Burning Vehicle In St. Paul Cemetery

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A man is dead after firefighters found him in a burning vehicle in a St. Paul cemetery Friday afternoon.

Crews were called to Oakland Cemetery around 1:15 p.m. for a vehicle fire. After extinguishing the fire, firefighters found a man inside the car.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the fire and the man's cause of death are both under investigation, according to the St. Paul Fire Department.

Authorities have not identified the man.
