Third Time's The Charm For Winter Carnival Medallion Sleuth
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The hunt for St. Paul's elusive Winter Carnival Medallion is over.
A now three-time winner found it at Harriet Island Regional Park Wednesday night after the Pioneer Press released the 12th and final clue.
The paper will award Rob Brass of Chaska his $10,000 prize at a news conference at 10 a.m.
Rob Brass also found the medallion in 2007 and 2010.
