Boat Erupts Into Flames On Lake Minnetonka's Smith's Bay
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Some boaters had a very scary Sunday evening on Lake Minnetonka.
The Long Lake Fire Department says a boat became fully engulfed on Smith's Bay. No one was hurt, and it isn't clear how the fire started.
Fire officials say these types of fires can spread quickly, and just like at home, boaters should have an emergency plan for on the water.
