George J. Kehl, Managing Partner, KPMG LLP:
George J. Kehl is the managing partner of the Minneapolis office of KPMG LLP, one of the world’s leading professional services firms providing audit, tax, and advisory services to many of the world’s largest and most prestigious organizations.
Kehl is responsible for the direction and growth of the Minneapolis office and serves as the engagement partner and account executive for several key clients of the firm. He has more than 30 years of industry experience serving mostly large public companies in the retail and distribution industries.
Active in a number of professional and community organizations, Kehl is a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he serves as the chairman of the board of trustees of the Science Museum of Minnesota, as an audit committee member of the Minnesota Business Partnership, a member of the executive advisory board of the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida, a member of the board of the Chad Greenway’s Lead the Way Foundation, and as a director of the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida.
