Dear Jason, You meantioned about bycycalysts, and auto drivers and right of way on 6/8/2011 My question is : what gives bycycalists and auto drivers the right to come up the right side of a semi truck when the semi is making a right turn at that intersection?Who would be at fault if there was an accident caused in that situation?

  1. If there are two right turn lanes then the truck drive would be found at fault for causing an accident if the car or cyclist stayed in their lane. One would hope people would be a little more considerate, but this is Minnesota and I have found we are really the worst drivers in the country.
