Today is MPR Day at the Minnesota State Fair.

There will be early bird specials are offered until 1 p.m. on Midway and Kidway rides, games and concessions.

MPR stations take the Carousel Park stage, featuring a live MPR News broadcast with Gary Eichten, Classical MPR host John Birge and a performance by VocalEssence. That’s all followed by 89.3 The Current’s special guest concert with 4onthefloor.
