Today is Minnesota Cook’s Day at the Minnesota State Fair. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., fair guests can learn about foods grown and produced in Minnesota through discussions and recipe demonstrations with Minnesota chefs, farmers, and local media and arts celebrities.
The 28th Annual Milk Run also kicks off at 7:45 a.m. Awards are presented to the top three finishers in each of the 12 age categories.

An Evening With Anita Baker will be held at the Grandstand at 8 p.m. Tickets are $38.
