    Oh right…what was that thing called “infrastructure?” Or do we need a debt ceiling first?

      One has nothing to do with the other. Railroad is private infrastructure; government spending has no bearing on it. The state could spend a billion on infrastructure but unless some is earmarked for it, none would go to the railroad.
