    I just found your blog and it appears to be a neat to place to go from now on to talk slbebaal’. I have been going to these Twins caravans for a dozen years , and I frankly have to say how poorly publicized they are . I have had to work hard to try to get information on these events and that has ben the case every year . Information (details) usually pop up to the public on the day of the event. I live 75 miles away . So I have to plan ahead , and it does little good to read in the Herald about details when we get the Herald out here’ 4 hours before the event happens. That has been the case many times. The Herald doesn’t seem to understand that the rural areas don’t get the Herald as readily as Grand Forks does. For instance , on the day of the caravan , we out here got 3 Heralds , Sunday’s , Monday’s (MLK holiday), and Tuesday’s and we get it late because the mail service has double the mail to deliver . How many rural fans can drop their plans in a afternoon to drive to see the Twins with only a few hours notice! I had to dig hard to find the details on the Twins main page , that’s why I made it . The public should not have to work that hard. The Herald should have that info in their Friday or Saturday edition. I know they could have done that in the past. That’s my 2 cents . I don’t know if it would have made a difference in fan attendence , rural fans usually spend their nights going to basketball games , but still that does not excuse the poor coverage by the Herald. I promise to be not so grumpy in the future.
