Great to see you at CAA the other day, Joy, and rlelay informative post. I wouldn’t disagree w/ you at all about the route into a gallery being through one of their artists. Really nice found art in Wash Square Park, too, by the way!
How very aptropriape to publish this story a decade after that horrible day. What an impossible conundrum you were in! And, a novice politician at that! Holy cow. I can’t imagine the pressure. Yet, it’s easy for us in reading this to say, Yeah, that makes sense and Of course you should do . It couldn’t have been easy in the least!Bravo Bryce for Doing the right thing. First of all for the property iaonrgnt, a housing crash does affect homeowners, particularly those that become cash-poor and need to sell. Buyers expect cheaper prices right now because many that are desperate are flooding the market with hugely discounted residences not to mention the bank repossessions.I for one am not sad to see these idiots (except Jack and Aimee, they can stay) lose a home here in CA good riddance, please lose the rest and stay in England. Sharon Osbourne is a foul-mouthed harpy who has been super rude to many amazing artists who are so much better than she will ever be: IRON MAIDEN, SMASHING PUMPKINS, among others. Go away, you self-absorbed, bandwagon-riding ugly woman!
