Republican Stewart Mills says he has called Democratic Rep. Rick Nolan to congratulate Nolan on winning their race for northeastern Minnesota’s congressional seat.
Rep. Rick Nolan has outpaced Republican challenger Stewart Mills in recent fundraising with the November election closing in. Between July and September, Nolan pulled in about $647,000 compared with about $435,000 for Mills. But Mills also loaned his campaign $128,000 during that same period.
