A 28-year-old Blaine man is in custody after a standoff with police followed a stabbing that injured a man early Sunday morning in Circle Pines. The Centennial Lakes Police Department received a report of a stabbing at about 5:32 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Village Parkway.
