There’s a new ad about to hit the airwaves that’s…unusual. In fact, it’s a giant apology from Arby’s to Pepsi. The whole ad consists of a shot of a pint of Pepsi in a white room. WCCO’s Natalie Nyhus spoke with the Minneapolis-based ad agency that saved the day after a big mistake.
Shakopee Police say that they have arrested Lyle “Ty” Hoffman, who is suspected of shooting and killing a man at an Arden Hills gas station last month. Police received a report of a suspicious man in the Southbridge Crossing Shopping Center in Shakopee at about 10:17 a.m. Thursday.

A gas line was struck when an SUV crashed into a Champlin, Minn. fast food restaurant Sunday afternoon, according to authorities.
Police found the man at 5 a.m. on the day of the incident. Officers arrived to the scene and observed a man with nothing but boxers on who was sleeping on his stomach on the pavement. He was also covered with mosquito bites.
