Ariz. Teen Charged With Baseball Bat Assault At Chanhassen Church

A 19-year-old man from Flagstaff, Arizona was charged Monday with second- and third-degree assault for an attack on an 18-year-old man in the parking lot of a Chanhassen church. Jabari Javon Marshall is accused of hitting Oliver Smith in the head several times with a souvenir baseball bat at Westwood Community Church in the early morning of Oct. 12.

NAU Football Player Charged In Minnesota Assault

A Minnesota prosecutor has charged an Arizona college football player in a baseball bat attack on a high school basketball player. The Carver County Attorney’s office charged 19-year-old Jabari Javon Marshall of Flagstaff, Arizona, with second- and third-degree assault.

Sheriff: Arrest Made After Chanhassen Teen Assaulted With Baseball Bat

Authorities say a 19-year-old man was arrested in Arizona Sunday after he allegedly assaulted a Chanhassen teen with a baseball bat at a church. The Carver County Sheriff’s Office received a report that the assault took place at about 4:50 a.m. at the Westwood Community Church in Chanhassen.

The mother of a 12-year-old Wisconsin girl stabbed 19 times says her daughter’s will to live is the reason she found the strength to crawl out of the woods to get help following the attack.
