Police: Partially-Clothed Man Found Dead In New Ulm Alley ID’d

Authorities are investigating after a partially clothed man was found dead in a residential alley in New Ulm. Cmdr. Dave Borchert of the New Ulm Police Department says the body was discovered Thursday morning. He says the man wasn’t wearing a shirt or jacket and investigators have determined his body was outside for less than 12 hours.

Overdose Linked To Stolen Meds From Starbuck Drug Store

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating the theft of about 1,800 potent prescription pills and pain patches that are connected to a drug overdose in Stevens County. The medications, including some oral solutions, were stolen last Tuesday from Samuelson’s Drug Store in Starbuck.

Ramsey Officers, Victim ID’d In Fatal Daycare Shooting

Two Ramsey Police officers and the man they shot and killed outside of a daycare Thursday afternoon have all been identified. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the incident, which began after a daycare worker called police to report a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.

Officials ID Woman Found Dead in Wadena County

The Ramsey County Medical Examiner identified the body of a woman who was found dead in a home in Menahga, Minn. Saturday morning. Officials identified the victim as 32-year-old Kelly Marie Lund, of Detroit Lakes, Minn. According to police, Lund’s body was found shortly before 9 a.m. in a home on the 300 block of Third Street NW.
