The Bloomington Police Department has released the identities of the police officers involved in fatal shooting of a 24-year-old man. On Jan. 15, Bloomington police were called to the 9900 block of Briar Road just after 11 p.m. on a report of a suicidal person. When officers arrived, they accounted an armed, white male outside the residence.
