A 62-year-old Maple Plain man is dead after his ATV crashed into a wide load tractor trailer late Monday night near Grand Rapids in northern Minnesota, the state patrol said. According to the patrol, Brian Johnson was going southbound on Highway 65 just south of Pengilly, Minn., when he crossed over and collided with the wide load trailer that was going northbound in the other lane.
An appeals court decision could allow a man who was barred from distributing Bibles at Twin Cities Pride to resume doing so unrestricted in Loring Park next year. Brian Johnson said he had been distributing Bibles at the event since 1995 without issue.
