The parents of a paramedic who was critically injured in a head-on collision involving an ambulance say their son is improving.
Authorities said a 51-year-old woman involved in a crash with an ambulance earlier this month in Buffalo Township died from her injuries on Wednesday.
Three people were hospitalized after an Allina Health ambulance – with a patient inside – collided head-on with an SUV early Saturday morning in Wright County. Lt. Sean Deringer of the Wright County Sheriff’s office says this was an unusual crash considering those involved. “It certainly brings it to a personal level when we know the people involved,” Lt. Deringer said.
