The Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the body of the woman who was shot and killed Saturday afternoon by a Minnesota State Patrol officer after she dragged him 200 feet while he hung half-outside her car window.
A 48-year-old woman is dead after a police officer, who was being dragged away by her car, shot her Saturday afternoon in Oakdale, Minn., police said.
The girl was identified Saturday afternoon as 19-year-old Josselyn Bishop of Henderson.
