A 36-year-old Anoka man is accused of breaking into the apartment next door and taking a young girl’s underwear. According to the criminal complaint, the girl told police she discovered the man standing in the middle of her apartment hallway on Nov. 7.
A 45-year-old man needed hospitalization for hypothermia and other exposure issues after fleeing authorities near Garrison, according to the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said three juveniles are in custody after a burglary at a southeastern Minnesota golf course last weekend. The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm call from the Zumbro Valley Golf Course at about 1:16 a.m. last Friday.
Elk River police have arrested two juveniles after they believe the duo was involved in burglary, theft and even possibly creating a homemade explosive device. According to sheriff Joel Brott, investigators observed one juvenile leave the residence in a car, which was later determined to be stolen.

The singer/songwriter says her band lost computers, camera gear, merchandise and cash. It happened during a tour stop in Buffalo, N.Y. As police search for the stolen gear, Dessa started a fundraising page to replace those items. Fans have already contributed more than $20,000 as of Saturday evening.
Three teenagers were charged Friday with first- and second-degree murder for the death of a West St. Paul man in January. According to the Dakota County Attorney’s office, 19-year-old Donovan Michael Diego, 17-year-old Christino Andres Rosario and 18-year-old Malik Jamal Alize Farmer are accused of shooting and killing 31-year-old Luis David Reyes-Galvan during an attempted robbery and burglary on Jan. 11. The complaint alleges that the teens planned on robbing Reyes-Galvan with guns they had acquired in a burglary in West St. Paul on Jan. 10. The teens first knocked on the Reyes-Galvan’s door, and after no response, they waited in a nearby vehicle until he arrived.
A 22-year-old St. Paul man has been arrested in connection with a Sept. 1 burglary of a city hall in northern Minnesota, according to the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities said Jacob William Reynolds was arrested Tuesday in connection with the incident, which happened at the McKinley City Hall just after 9 a.m. on Sept. 1.
A 42-year-old St. Francis man is accused to breaking into a home in Andover and stealing a number of items, including women’s underwear, according to authorities.

Two men are accused of breaking into a Burnsville restaurant to steal money and meat last week, according to charges filed Monday in Dakota County Court. Tyler Cole Stanford and Keith Michael Miller, both 27, were each charged with third-degree burglary in connection with the incident, which happened last Thursday.
Burnsville Police are investigating ten burglaries in the southeast part of the city within the last couple months. According to Burnsville Police Chief Eric Gieseke, the burglaries occurred between May 21 and June 26. The suspect or suspects usually strike during daytime hours. They knock on the front door or ring the doorbell of a residence, and if no one comes to the door, they force their way inside.
A 33-year-old St. Paul Park man is accused of trying to set his ex-girlfriend’s home on fire after she apparently stole items out of his vehicle, according to charges filed Thursday in Dakota County Court. Paul David Garay was charged with two felony counts of first-degree burglary and one felony count of first-degree criminal damage to property in connection with the incident.
