42 Dogs Need Homes After Being Rescued From Puppy MillMore than three dozen dogs are looking for homes in the Twin Cities after being rescued from a puppy mill. The dogs came from a giant breeding operation in Michigan. The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) took more than 150 dogs from the facility.
