Miranda Solem has been missing a lot of school lately. First, there was the week when the 21-year-old’s curling team won the Junior National Championship (for ages 21 and under) earlier this month in Wayland, Mass.
Woman Kept In Cage As Girl Returns To Crime Scene
The case made national headlines more than a dozen years ago. Police in the Calumet County community of Brillion discover a 7-year-old girl locked away in a small dog cage in the basement of her parents’ home. She and her brothers were finally rescued from years of abuse at the hands of their parents, Michael and Angeline Rogers, who were later sent to jail for a year.
