The Minnesota Vikings list Brian Robison and Antoine Winfield as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers. However, neither is expected to miss the game. Robison missed the win over the Houston Texans with a shoulder sprain and Winfield suffered a fractured hand in that game.

Minnesota Vikings Give Brian Robison A Chance To Play On Sunday

The Minnesota Vikings did not have Brian Robison in practice Wednesday or Thursday, but the starting defensive end returned as a limited participant Friday. He did some work with the defense’s first unit and could play Sunday. His replacement, Everson Griffen, is also banged up, but is not in danger of missing the game.

Head Coach Believes Sunday Was The Way The Minnesota Vikings Need To Win

The Minnesota Vikings are in the thick of the playoff chase and their head coach believes they have the formula to win championships. Punter Chris Kluwe was fined for a uniform infraction. Chris Cook is on track to return from a broken arm in Week 16. The Vikings replaced wide receiver Percy Harvin on the 53-man roster with offensive tackle Troy Kropog. Minnesota signed tight end LaMark Brown to the practice squad to take Kropog’s spot.

What To Watch For From The Minnesota Vikings In December

The Minnesota Vikings have the toughest remaining schedule of anyone in the NFL, including three games against teams tied for or leading their respective divisions. Adrian Peterson has a chance to set the NFL’s single season rushing record. Christian Ponder has struggled in recent weeks and may need to have a solid finish to the season. Ponder’s play could determine whether the Vikings are playing for a playoff spot or draft positioning.
