A former Little Canada chiropractor will spend the next four years behind bars. Fifty-four-year-old Paul Thompson, of Vadnais Heights, admitted to sexually assaulting a woman who had been his patient for more than 10 years. In addition to serving four years in prison, he must also register as a sex offender.
