Twin Cities Fails To Make List Of Snobbiest U.S. Cities

Minnesota nice? You betcha? Minneapolis-St. Paul may be a lot of things, but the Twin Cities are definitely not snobby, according to a new list of rankings from Travel + Leisure.

Duluth, Minneapolis Rank Among Top 10 Most Livable U.S. Cities

A new survey ranking the most livable cities in the country placed Duluth, Minnesota at the very top of the list. Outdoor Magazine unveiled the results of its “Best Town Ever” contest and argued that no amount of Minnesota cold can keep the people of Duluth indoors.

Twin Cities Rank High For Well-Being

Twin Cities residents have innumerable reasons to feel good about where they live, but it’s nice to lay them out in numbers anyway. According to a list of rankings from Gallup and Healthways, the metro area ranks just outside of the top 10 among the country’s top cities for overall well-being.

Minneapolis Ranks 3rd, St. Paul 7th Of Most Literate Cities

A new study ranking the most literate cities in the nation has both Minneapolis and St. Paul in the top 10. According to the Central Connecticut State University’s annual study, Minneapolis ranks third in the country in literacy and St. Paul comes in at No. 7.
