wo 21-year-old men are in critical condition after allegedly being lured by two women to a location in Fridley, Minn., where two men were waiting to attack them. According to the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office, Fridley Police received a report of two injured men in the area of 77th Avenue and Main Street at about 4:25 a.m.

Xcel Energy: Faulty Breaker Caused Large Power Outage In North Metro

Officials with Xcel Energy said power was knocked out more than 12,000 customers in the north Twin Cities metro late Thursday morning and crews are working to restore it. Tom Hoen with Xcel Energy said the outages happened shortly before noon Thursday in the communities of Fridley, Columbia Heights, Coon Rapids and Mounds View.
