Two people suffered minor injuries after a vehicle crashed into a grocery store on Rice Street in St. Paul Saturday night. According to authorities, Rachad Depre Bizzell, 32, drove into the Winnipeg Grocery store, around 8:15 p.m. Saturday on 864 Rice St., near Como Avenue. According to the criminal complaint, when officers arrived on the scene they found Bizzell lying on the ground next the driver’s door of his vehicle. A store clerk was also laying on the ground, surrounded by blood.

The cost to get in the gates at the Minnesota State Fair is going up by $1. That means adults will pay $13, and seniors and kids will pay $11. Tickets for children under five remain free.
