Charges: Man Threatens Neighbors With Gun Over Parking Space

An 85-year old West St. Paul man is accused of threatening to shoot his neighbors over an ongoing dispute about a parking space, according to charges filed Wednesday in Dakota County Court. James Clayton Mattaini was charged with one felony count of making terroristic threats in connection with the incident, which happened Saturday in West St. Paul.

A 46-year-old Farmington day care provider was sentenced Tuesday in connection with the July 2012 death of a 3-month-old at her in-home day care. Rebecca Lynn Graupmann was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 80 hours of community service and issued a $500 fine in the death of Kaiden Robert Staebell.

Man Gets 2 Life Sentences For Murdering Wife, Unborn Child

A Dakota County jury convicted a 37-year-old Apple Valley man Tuesday morning of murdering his wife and their unborn child after 10 hours of deliberation. The court found Roger Holland guilty of two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of second-degree murder in connection with the March 7 incident.
