Flags will fly at half-staff all across Minnesota on Wednesday in honor of a fallen Marine who will be morning by a community south of the Twin Cities.

Funeral services have been set for the Minnesota Marine killed in Afghanistan last week during his first tour of duty. Lance Cpl. Dale Means, 23, was killed on Nov. 18 by an improvised explosive device.
