Officials: More Than 65 Heroin Distributors Charged Or Arrested In Bust Operation

State and federal officials announced Thursday that more than 65 heroin distributors have been arrested and/or charged with drug trafficking in Minnesota as part of a crackdown called “Operation Exile.”

Warrant Issued For Mpls. Man Suspected Of Cockfighting

A warrant has been issued for a Minneapolis man who was charged with cruelty to animals in connection with a cockfighting ring. Minneapolis Police and Minneapolis Animal Control seized several roosters, chickens, hens and cockfighting paraphernalia from a home at 3502 Newton Ave. N. in Minneapolis on Jan. 10, according to the Hennepin County Attorney’s office.
