Minneapolis police say the woman was riding at the intersection of 28th and Pleasant Avenue South on Wednesday night when a vehicle sped through a stop sign, with its headlights off, and hit her.
A 24-year-old motorcyclist died Thursday afternoon in northeastern Minnesota, authorities say. Red Wing police are investigating after a man died Wednesday night, presumably falling off a 200-foot rock wall at the top of barns bluff. Witnesses were performing CPR on the man at about 8:50 p.m. Wednesday. But he was pronounced dead at the scene by authorities before being transported to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
