We know two bad things about candy for sure: it’s basically sugar, which causes tooth decay, and its empty calories can lead to obesity. But really, how bad is it for kids to chow down on their bounty of Halloween candy? Deb Sheats is the director of the dietetic program at St. Catherine’s University.

Good Question: How Often Do We Go Out To Eat?

It only took 45 minutes this afternoon for Olive Garden to sell out of its $100 passes for all-you-can eat pasta and Coke for seven weeks. The Italian chain says it’s a way to get attention at a restaurant whose business is trying to keep up with fast casuals, like Chipotle and Panera. So, how often do we go out to eat?

Good Question: Why Are We Drinking Less Milk?

When it comes to milk, Americans are drinking much less than we used to. According to USDA statistics, we drank 0.96 cups of milk a day in 1970. By 2010, that dropped to 0.61 cups.
