An overnight double shooting in Minneapolis has left one man dead and another man in the hospital, according to authorities.
A 21-year-old St. Paul man was charged Friday in connection with the shootings of two teenage males Thursday night in St. Paul.
Carlos Heard will serve 41 years in prison with credit for time already served. He was arrested and charged in July of 2010. Clark was convicted of third-degree murder and second-degree murder in the 2005 shooting deaths of Leroy Kennedy III and Jermaine Heard.
