MSFA Head Grateful For Stadium Lawsuit Dismissal

Michele Kelm-Helgen, the chair of the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority (MSFA), is responding to the Minnesota Supreme Court ruling that dismissed a lawsuit, which had been holding up the sale on bonds for the stadium.

Minn. High Court Wants More Info On Vikings Case

A state agency that was to sell bonds for the Minnesota Vikings stadium says a lawsuit holding up that $468 million offering is flawed. Department of Minnesota Management and Budget lawyers pressed the state Supreme Court on Tuesday to dismiss the case.

Vikings Stadium Authority Hits Back At Lawsuit

The public authority overseeing Vikings stadium construction is asking the Minnesota Supreme Court to make plaintiffs who sued to stop the project post a $50 million bond to show they could cover damages if they lose.

Judge Hears Arguments Over Vikings Stadium Funding

More questions about funding for the nearly billion-dollar Vikings Stadium came to light on Tuesday at the State Capitol. Last week, a judge found Vikings owner Zygi Wilf guilty of defrauding business partners out of $51 million some 20 years ago.
