Rosemount Man Pleads Guilty To Fatal Apple Valley Hit-&-Run

A 44-year-old Rosemount man has pleaded guilty to leaving the scene after hitting and killing a 26-year-old woman in Apple Valley, according to the Dakota County Attorney’s Office.
