Roseville Police have identified the two men involved in a murder-suicide that happened Thursday afternoon. Police say 44-year-old Cheng Vang from Roseville shot and killed his wife’s co-worker – 33-year old Joseph Yang from Brooklyn Park – before turning the gun on himself. The incident happened at 4:15 p.m. in the parking lot of CPI Card Group in the 1900 block of West County Road B2, where Cheng’s wife, Yong Vang, worked with Yang.

A St. Paul man is accused of killing another man who had confronted him about his reckless driving, authorities said Tuesday. Aloeng Kelly Vang, 19, was charged Tuesday with second-degree intentional murder in the shooting death of 50-year-old Jeffrey Thomas Elling.

According to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, 32-year-old Chukwumah Terrell Okolie was shot multiple times at 42nd Ave. N. and Fremont Avenue North, and was pronounced dead at 10:50 p.m. Minneapolis Police continue to investigate this homicide.
Police discovered two dead bodies after responding to a shooting in south Minneapolis Sunday night. Minneapolis Police spokeswoman Cyndi Barrington said police received the call at 8:28 p.m. reporting shots fired in an alley along the 2600 block of 18th Avenue South.
