Minnesota police have arrested a Michigan woman suspected of fatally stabbing another woman.
A 28-year-old man was stabbed to death outside of an apartment building in Alexandria Saturday afternoon, according to police. Alexandria Police Chief Richard Wyffels says at about 1:11 p.m., authorities responded to a report of a stabbing at 1705 East 6th Ave. Upon arrival, they found Phillip Alstadt of Alexandria dead.
