Court Documents: Annandale Man, 52, Named Suspect In Wetterling CaseCourt documents filed against a man accused of child pornography indicate investigators believe he is a suspect in the 1989 disappearance of Jacob Wetterling. According to court documents, 52-year-old Daniel James Heinrich of Annandale is the suspect and was arrested Wednesday night. He was questioned in connection to the case in 1990 but never charged. A DNA sample was taken at the time.
