Federal Grants To Provide Aid For At-Risk Youth

Minnesota and Wisconsin have received federal grants to help provide academic and work-skills training for at-risk youth. The U.S. Department of Labor announced the YouthBuild grants Wednesday. Wisconsin is getting a total of $3.5 million to support four programs, and a St. Paul group is getting $768,000.
