Police Shut Down DFL Caucus Following Disorder

Organ Donation Helps Stillwater Family Cope With Tragic Loss

Twenty-nine-year-old Adam McCloud died in October of 2012 after he was beaten at a Stillwater bar. Eric Richard was convicted of first-degree assault after punching McCloud at Smalley’s Caribbean Barbeque. According to the criminal complaint, McCloud had spilled Richard’s drink and later refused to pay for it. After McCloud’s death, his family found that they could keep his spirit alive by helping local charities. Supper time at the Odebrecht household brings the family together. But every so often, they can’t help but think of who’s not at the dinner table.

One of the biggest things couples fight about is money. A recent study by Harris Interactive for the American Institute of CPAs found the three biggest money-related arguments: wants vs. needs, unexpected expenses and insufficient savings. So that had us wondering: Should men and women have separate bank accounts? According to Nicole Middendorf, financial analyst and CEO of Prosperwell Financial, the answer is usually ‘yes.’ “Because, otherwise, I tend to find people fight too much,” she said. “We are generally so busy in our lives that we don’t take the time to communicate, especially about something that’s not fun to communicate about.”

Bus Driver Charged With Assaulting Rider Still On The Job

Adrieanne Simmons, a St. Paul woman who said she was repeatedly punched in the head by a bus driver, wants to know why he’s back on the job. Police: 1 Dead, No Arrests In Minneapolis Stabbing

Authorities said one person has died after an early-morning stabbing on the south side of Minneapolis. Police responded to the incident at about 3 :06 a.m. near the area of East Lake Street and 5th Avenue South. When authorities arrived, a woman had been stabbed and was lying in the street.
