FBI: 2 Men Rob St. Paul Bank, Torch Getaway TruckA reward is being offered in connection with a St. Paul bank robbery Monday morning. The Federal Bureau of Investigation says the robbery happened at about 6:45 a.m. at the TCF Bank at 2163 Ford Parkway. Two men forced their way into the bank when two employees where opening for the day.
