Freeport Artist Wins 2015 Waterfowl Stamp Contest

The DNR says Freeport, Minn., artist Scot Storm won the 2015 Migratory Waterfowl Stamp contest. His painting of a Harlequin duck will be on next year’s waterfowl stamp, which is required for all waterfowl hunters ages 18-64. The stamp costs $7.50.
